冯晖，外语教研室党支部党员教师，2019年至今，一直从事一线教学科研工作，爱岗敬业，努力做到勤思、勤学、勤问，认真踏实地完成本职工作。教学之余，我还积极参加理论学习和社会实践，担任学院社会培训兼职岗以来，严格按照完善职业教育和培训体系的要求，遵循学校培训和职业技能等级认定工作管理的原则，参与二级学院和相关职能部门对社会培训的管理；积极参加学校创新创业大赛，带领学生参与直播带货，为学生提供双创的平台，在乡村助农电商直播大赛中，带领的五个队伍全部晋级。

I engage in ideological study and social practice. Since I was appointed as person in charge of social training, I have been actively participating in the social training management of secondary college and relative departments, in accordance with the requirements of vocational education and training system and following the principles of professional skills identification. I take an active part in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, provide good platform for students to live stream sales. During the live stream competition, five teams instructed by me advanced to the final round.
